| Parent Viewing Week
We would like to invite parents to attend our parent-viewing week Februaly 1-5 at both studios. The instructor will invite you into class when the students are prepared. You are welcome to video and take pictures.
Please remember that the students are not accustomed to having distractions in their class and may find it difficult to focus on the instruction with an audience. For the reason, we ask that you please keep talking and moving around to a minimum and avoid phone calls, etc. This is a time for parents to see the progress that their child is making and not a performance. We ask that you not invite neighbors, friends, etc. We would love to have these people attend the recital in June. | |
Winter Semester
If you chose the semester payment option upon registration, the tuition for the second semester is due By February 1st. Payments made after February 1st will not receive the 3% semester discount. *Beg/Int Musical Theatre/Voice

| Reminders
We enjoy seeing our students and their families at class each week; However, please remember that our waiting area is a place where those waiting should be allowed to quietly view the monitors or conduct business with our office personnel. The students in class can often be distracted by loud noises in the waiting area.
We ask that you do not allow children to distract others. We have a limited amount of activities for these children so parents may wish to bring along quiet activities for them. We do not have the staff to attend to children that are not in class. Students may be dropped off for class five to ten minutes prior to their class time and should be picked up within five minutes of their class dismissal. No student or sibling is allowed to be in a classroom without a teacher present. It is very tempting for children to play with classroom materials and unattended children can cause a potentially dangerous situation.
Thank you for your understanding!
